SELF-CARE FOR HR PROFESSIONALS (WELL REALLY FOR ANYONE)
Let’s face it, the last couple of years have certainly been the most volatile and uncertain - a roller-coaster of emotions for sure. With a pandemic, isolation, and social challenges, it has been a very difficult time for everyone. Our mental health, our individual well-being and our resiliency have been tested. Our ability to bounce back from the stresses of life is a necessity that we need not only for ourselves but for our employers and employees too.

One of our goals is to give you data to help you have better dialogue within your organizations around mental health. We also know that we must take care of ourselves before we can care for others. And this session is intended to help either start this conversation or encouraging you to continue this conversion, so our best self can show up in every environment.

While this program is designed to give you an overview, we know each of our topics could be their own half-day session. We want you to learn about:

• Signs and symptoms of burnout and fatigue
• How to recognize burnout in yourself and others while using the 4 D’s
• Compassion fatigue and prevention strategies
• Strategies to develop personal resilience
• How to create a self-care plan for different areas of your life: physical, social, emotional, mental, spiritual, professional, etc.
• Tips and ideas that everyone can use (and share) to feel better while creating balance in all areas of your life
